Come on out and stretch your legs by moonlight! Yes, it's one of my full moon night hikes again for all you fans (and monsters -- yes Joe, this means you) held at England-Idlewild Park in Burlington, KY.

We will cover 2-3 miles on all paved trails. When you turn into the park, we will meet at the first parking lot on the RIGHT. Bring your flashlights/headlamps as a back up in case Mr. Moon doesn't appear. Leashed dogs are welcome to join us for this howling good time.

Meeting time is 6:30pm and I will start the hike at 6:45 sharp. Come enjoy the moon and stars over Boone County!

Joe "The Monster" will NOT be jumping out on the trail scaring anyone, nor will he Howl...... But you can, "Mildly" if you wish.
However I am being restricted on this hike to Human flesh eating for lost stragglers. You dogs will be safe....

    •  Great job Kelly, lots of new people and most of the regulars for the "Howl at the Moon Hike"
    •  It was a nice easy hike on a beautiful night with perfect weather!
    •  Great night for a hike- bright moon, decent temps, great conversation, plenty of dogs for our protection,... Was great to meet everyone, but it seemed like we were all waiting for more, perhaps pizza & beer? I would've gone for that. Looking forward to more of these.
    •  This was my first full moon hike :) What a beautiful night. Thanks Kelly.

It was my first moon hike. Very nice, better than expected! Met new people and had some nice conversations under the moon. Would have been even nicer if the hike lasted longer... but I was very happy that I went!
    •  It was so much fun! What a great idea.
    •  Very well organized and the people were friendly and welcoming. It was my first meetup event and I really enjoyed it.

    •  First time I made it to a hike. Nice park, beautiful night but I wish I would have got there on time to meet some people before we started the hike.
    •  Great night for a walk! I enjoyed my first moon hike.

Kelly should get a pay raise. You did a great job with the moon. Had a great time.
    •  It was a perfect night for it. Very well organized!
    •  Hike was great! Kelly ordered great weather, not too cold, no clouds and the moon was bright so no flashlights! Add another to the long list of excellent hikes by Kelly.
    •  Great night for a hike. Good group with good dogs.
    •  Picture perfect night for a full moon hike! We had a vibrant group with several howling furry friends to tag along. A special thanks to Joe for being the sweep!
