I have never been to this, but a posting came in an email about "the longest underground River in the" ....uh oh I forget if it was in the midwest or in the U.S....anyway you can ride through it in a boat...they also talked about spending the night there. Maybe worth looking into?

There are many trails to choose from. Someone else in the group might have a better idea than I about what one would be most suitable.
Any interest in a hike at Caesar Creek? It can be eight to 12 miles (there and back trail, with a break at a park station/nature exhibit halfway for the 12 miles).
Repeat of the Hiking 101 at some point. At lot of people who wanted to participate could not.

Rough Trail (221), off of KY77 in the park, is a 7.2 mile trail from which many of the sites in the gorge can be seen.

Continuous starts from 9-11 AM
Enjoy winters splendor on this 6-mile trek from Old Man?s Cave to Ash Cave. Layered clothing and good footwear recommended. Refreshments are available at Cedar Falls for a donation. A shuttle bus returns hikers to Old Man?s Cave.

Michael, I am leading a 2 day backpacking trip to RRG this weekend doing the Rough Trail and Swift Camp Creek trail. I am familiar with the trails if you want ideas.
