Introduction
Love to hike but deathly afraid of bear attacks so I checked out this group. Seemed like there were a sufficient number of members who would be slower runners than me so went ahead and joined. Just joking. Just love to hike, walk, talk, joke around.
What is your favorite thing to do in the outdoors? (keep it rated PG, your mother might read this)
Love creeks and streams so love to hike along them anytime, anywhere. Also occassionally like to bring binoculars (to scope out the bears!) and camera.
Where are you from? (if you've lived lots of places, list them)

What is your favorite place to hike in the Cincinnati / Tri-State area?
Yellow Springs, Red River Gorge, Art Museum
What is your craziest hiking memory (or "have you ever been chased by a bear")
Hiking in the Smokies and coming across a snake on the trail and using it as a "fatherly teaching" moment to my then 8 year old to not panic when she saw a snake- till I looked a little more carefully and noticed it was a rattler. End of lesson.
