I enjoy getting out and taking a nice walk in the woods or parks.
There's this one spot at Clifty Falls that I go off the trail, take my shoes off and walk through the water barefooted. I always take some time to enjoy my life at that spot. You can hear the waterfalls in the background & life doesn't get any better

I like hiking around the lake in Sharon Woods.
I'm in the Badlands with my 6 and 3 year old kids. My son (6 years old) starts to run to the beginning of the trail. I laugh and run and catch him right where some people are looking. There's a 500 ft drop with no warning there. Scared? Oh yeah!
You can just show up and meet new people and have a great hike. Hikers are friendly to everyone!

Hi, David! This is a continuation of the post for the Green River paddle.
Too funny! My first boat is a Perception Sundance! I paddled over 300 miles the first year in that thing! Still use it for winter paddles/creeks,
etc. but I recently purchased Hurricane Santee 126. Am loving it!
You ought to check out the trip we did last year...it was a summer paddle. The photos are great!
Dave...Just increased the number to 14, so go ahead and sign up for the Whitewater trip tomorrow. See you tomorrow morning...we shove off at 9:00 am.

Yes this is probably the park. There is a trail to Lunken. Yes I remember the plane too. Spent a lot of time at Lunken. Part of the reason I love planes today!!!!
Welcome to the group David, hope to see you at one of our hikes.
