Introduction
Hi - I love the outdoors and wanted to explore the surrounding hills/trails with people familiar with the terrain. I am new to the Cincinnati area, and have no friends here. So thought it would be good to meet with folks and have an activity circle
What is your favorite thing to do in the outdoors? (keep it rated PG, your mother might read this)
try and figure out my bearings, north/south/east/west. I know this is an essential thing, but I qute enjoy doing it without a compass. Not always right.
Where are you from? (if you've lived lots of places, list them)
I was born in India Since 1991, I have lived in Miami, Green Bay, Madison, WI, Chicago, and now Cincinnati
What do you do for a living?
I work in financial services, focusing on risk management. Also in second year o law school
What is your favorite place to hike in the Cincinnati / Tri-State area?
Only done Mt Airy
What is your craziest hiking memory (or "have you ever been chased by a bear")
Don't really have one. I guess the most vivid one was that of hiking trail B (I think) at Mt Airy. I finally felt the outdoors when for a stretch with no street noise. My solitude was broken when I came to a pile of garbage close to an apt. bldg.
